Intake Interview
Last Date to Register:
May 27th, 2025
All professionals must schedule a phone call to discuss the process, do an intake session, and have us answer any questions. To ensure a smooth process, your intake interview for this workshop must be completed by June 2, 2025.
Only those who experience: stress, are emotionally stuck, have worries or concerns with life, religion, or relationships, and/or have chronic pain, grief/ depression, migraines, burnout or past trauma will qualify.
Intake session no later than June 2
Medication Consult
Last date for Dr session:
June 10, 2025
You will set up an online appointment to speak with a Doctor who will evaluate the best dosage for your body, discuss your concerns and goals. They will then send you the medication by mail. This appointment will need to be scheduled by June 10, 2025
This appointment is $330, and if you do not qualify, you will be refunded all costs.

Natalie Kohlhaas, your Ketamine Workshop Leader
Natalie Kohlhaas Has been providing Ketamine for clients for two years. She is an anxiety specialist, clinical therapist, counselor, international coach and seminar leader. She is widely known for her work with stress and executives with whom talk therapy “has failed.” She graduated with degrees in psychology from Emory University, the University of Georgia, Oxford College, and Georgia School of Professional Psychology. With more than 20 years of experience, she has been interviewed in print, radio, podcasts, and live TV. She volunteers her time with the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia as well as local businesses. With a background deeply rooted in tradition, she has integrated her wide-ranging experience into a program of personal and professional development that includes specialized services in coaching programs, hypnotherapy, brainspotting, and CBT.
